The Plane of Arvalan is filled with fantastical floating islands that differ in biome from island to island. Two islands right next to each other may have completely different weather. They also seem to foster many different forms of life from island to island. Though Seyarans have been found on a number of them. Or at least their remains were found. Lu'ryl is known for giant insect and arachnids. Utal is saturated with goats. Each island differs so greatly from each other that each new island visited is like going to a new world. That and the limited resources and land each island has increases the drive of governments to push onwards and find new land.
